Former Arab League secretary-general and failed candidate for the Egyptian presidency Amr Mussa shows his ink-stained finger at a polling station in Cairo on June 16, 2012 after voting in the divisive presidential runoff pitting ousted strongman Hosni Mubarak’s last premier Ahmed Shafiq against Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammed Mursi, two days after the top court ordered parliament dissolved.
